1. Cancellation Window:

   • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order without any penalty.
   • After 1 hour, cancellation requests will be subject to the following conditions.

2. Cancellation Charges:

   • If the cancellation request is made within 1 hour, no cancellation fee will be applied.
   • For cancellation requests made after 1 hour but before the order is dispatched, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applied.
   • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3. Special Orders:

   • Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and processed.

4. How to Cancel:

5. Refund Process:

   • If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Cancellable Items:
